As Carel’s agent, we have designed and leveraged his purposeful brand to build a sponsorship and career strategy that will evolve with him. This includes building a professional team of experts united to serve his best interest and measure his success, professionally and through purpose.
At only 17 years old, Carel has signed brand endorsement deals with Nike and Wilson and is boldly pursuing his athletic and impact goals. Currently, he is ranked in 58th place overall in the ITF Junior Rankings.

THE RESULTS
Carel’s athletic success has gone hand-in-hand with his pursuit of improving people’s lives through sports.
As a family, the Ngounoues have been actively redistributing sports gear to underserved communities in Cameroon and the USA, both reducing inequitable access to sport and addressing the sustainability issue of underused sports equipment and gear.
We have been proud to represent Carel since the beginning of his career, and we will continue to be proud as his accomplishments and impact grow alongside him.
